I am based in the USA, do I need to pay duties?
– Yes, as of April 5, 2025, duties apply on made-to-order or India-shipped ready-to-ship items. Shipping costs are separate from any Duty charges.
Do you ship internationally? Will I need to pay duties?
– Yes. Made-to-order ships from India; ready-to-ship from India or USA. International shipment charges apply.
Where are the items shipped from?
– Made-to-order from New Delhi; ready-to-ship from New York or New Delhi.
When will I receive my order?
– Made-to-order takes 6-9 weeks.
– Ready-to-ship: USA 4–7 days via UPS Ground; India office or international 7-10 days; no weekend or holiday shipping.

– Final Sale: NO REFUNDS - on All CUSTOM, made-to-order - are NON-cancellable and NON-refundable after 24 hours of placing the order. If need to cancel for any major reason, STORE CREDIT can be provided ONLY.
- Ready-to-wear garments - Returns on UNWORN items only within 3 days of receipt. Must send an email to receive a return label within 3 days, and be shipped within the time frame. Full Refund only if defective from our end. Otherwise, Store Credit will be provided.
